Powerhouse Timing merges with Racetrak.com.

Cambridge, MA – November 6th, 2006– Powerhouse Timing and Racetrak.com announced today that they have agreed to terms for Powerhouse to take over operations of the racetrak.com website and its regatta management software.

The acquisition unites two of the sport's most trusted regatta management service providers, combining Racetrak.com's mature and easy-to-use website with Powerhouse Timing's expertise and the sport's most accurate timing system.

"Our merger now enables us to provide the highest levels of regatta management expertise and accuracy at a fair price to all levels of regattas; from small regional events, to collegiate dual meets, to international championships," said Jason Moody, president and CEO of Powerhouse Timing.

With the terms of the deal, a combination of cash and stock, Nichols becomes a shareholder of Powerhouse Timing.
